should it be cleaned?
Keep your opening roof looking sharp and moving smoothly. We remove grime, salt and leaf litter so blades seal better, run quieter, and last longer.
- Soft-brush wash of blades, pivots, gutters & channels
- Low-pressure rinse (no high-pressure at seals/motors)
- Drain outlets cleared; debris removed
- Manufacturer-safe lubrication of pivots/linkages
- Sensors & controller housings wiped and tested
Good to know
High-pressure washers can force water past seals and strip lubrication — we don’t use them on louvre joints. Please clear the area beneath the louvres; we bring drop sheets and ladders.
