Louvre Cleaning & Care
What's included and how often
should it be cleaned?

Keep your opening roof looking sharp and moving smoothly. We remove grime, salt and leaf litter so blades seal better, run quieter, and last longer.

  • Soft-brush wash of blades, pivots, gutters & channels
  • Low-pressure rinse (no high-pressure at seals/motors)
  • Drain outlets cleared; debris removed
  • Manufacturer-safe lubrication of pivots/linkages
  • Sensors & controller housings wiped and tested
Good to know

High-pressure washers can force water past seals and strip lubrication — we don’t use them on louvre joints. Please clear the area beneath the louvres; we bring drop sheets and ladders.
